We are so happy we found All Ways Heating and Air. We have lived in Burnsville for 3 years and haven’t been able to find a local company that was willing to provide regular maintenance on our unit. Either they don’t return phone calls or say they will be out and never show up. Luckily, I found All Ways on Google. Jennifer was great on the phone arranging service. We received a text the day before confirming our appointment and a text an hour before the arrival of our tech. Shawn was our tech. He was very personable and knowledgeable about our unit. We now have a service contract twice a year. We recommend All Ways Heating and Air.

All Ways Heating & Air sent a technician to service our house the following day after calling them. Mark the technician, quickly assessed the situation and replaced the faulty thermostat with an extra one he had available… All in all, a 5-star experience. We have relied on All Ways Heating & Air since we moved to Black Mountain.
